Meta Description:
Honeywell highlighted its industrial automation-to-autonomy strategy at the China International Supply Chain Expo, unveiling four new solutions and strengthening collaboration with nearly 100 partners to accelerate intelligent manufacturing in China.
Honeywell (NASDAQ: HON) showcased its latest industrial technologies and ecosystem collaboration strategy at the 4th China International Supply Chain Expo (CISCE), presenting a significantly expanded presence under the theme “Linking Chains, Enabling Innovation.”
The company participated as a long-term exhibitor, marking its fourth consecutive appearance at the event. This year, Honeywell expanded its exhibition scale and ecosystem integration by jointly participating with nearly 100 domestic supply chain partners across upstream and downstream industries.
The company also introduced four new locally developed products and solutions, highlighting its continued commitment to advancing industrial digitalization and accelerating the transition from automation to autonomy in manufacturing.

At the exhibition, Honeywell occupied a 250-square-meter booth in the Advanced Manufacturing Zone (Hall W3-D08), its largest presence to date at the event.
The company showcased solutions across six key sectors:
Semiconductors
Energy storage systems
Data centers
Marine and offshore engineering
Low-carbon energy
Smart manufacturing and autonomous operations
These solutions emphasize core capabilities in safety systems, intelligent control, digital operations, and sustainability-driven industrial transformation.
Yu Feng, President of Honeywell Greater China, emphasized that digital transformation and decarbonization are accelerating across industries, making it increasingly difficult for single enterprises to address complex industrial challenges alone.
He stated that stronger supply chain collaboration is essential to building long-term competitiveness. According to Yu, CISCE serves not only as an innovation showcase platform but also as a key bridge connecting Honeywell more deeply with China’s innovation and value chains.
He added that collaboration with local partners helps improve supply chain stability, operational quality, and solution delivery for industrial customers.
At the expo, Honeywell launched four new locally co-developed products and solutions designed to support industrial autonomy across multiple operational layers, including sensing, decision-making, operations, and maintenance.
Developed with local partners, the EMB force sensor delivers high-precision sensing and stable signal conversion, supporting high-temperature and high-vibration environments. It improves braking accuracy, responsiveness, and safety for next-generation automotive applications, enabling more intelligent, electric, and lightweight braking systems.
This solution targets process industries by integrating AI, digital twin technology, and process modeling. It transforms complex production data into actionable operational guidance, helping enterprises shift from experience-driven operations to data-driven decision-making and advancing industrial autonomy.
Co-developed with Feishu, this platform integrates Honeywell’s manufacturing execution system (HMES) with enterprise collaboration tools and AI capabilities. It enables end-to-end digital management across production, quality control, and continuous improvement processes, enhancing operational efficiency and lean manufacturing.
Focused on the natural gas industry, this solution combines sensors and data analytics models for real-time monitoring and predictive diagnostics. It enables early anomaly detection, reduces unplanned downtime, and supports remote asset management and lifecycle optimization.
Honeywell also announced multiple strategic partnerships at the event to deepen collaboration across energy, manufacturing, software, and industrial digitalization sectors.
Key collaborations include:
Cooperation with energy storage and industrial partners such as Sungrow, Wison Offshore & Marine, and LS Electric to enhance safety and efficiency in energy systems, offshore engineering, and data center power management.
A strategic partnership with Jianke Environment Technology to advance smart building and green construction solutions, supporting industry-wide low-carbon transformation.
Collaboration with Zhejiang Chunhui Intelligent Control to promote intelligent turbine flowmeter diagnostics in the natural gas sector, improving operational safety and efficiency.
Partnership with Feishu Technology to accelerate industrial digital transformation through collaborative platforms and ecosystem integration.
Strategic cooperation with Shenghong Petrochemical, including joint publication of a white paper titled “Operation Navigator: From Experience-Driven to Autonomous Operations,” outlining a replicable pathway for digital transformation in process industries.
For more than 90 years, Honeywell has maintained a strong presence in China, building a localized capability system spanning design, R&D, manufacturing, and delivery. The company continues to emphasize its “East Serves East” strategy, focusing on local customer needs and industrial ecosystem integration.
Honeywell also confirmed that following the planned spin-off of its aerospace business on June 29, it will operate under a new brand identity, “Honeywell Technology,” with a sharpened focus on automation and industrial autonomy.
The company aims to further drive the transformation of industrial, process, and building sectors from traditional automation toward autonomous operations, supporting high-quality industrial digitalization in China and beyond.
