Schneider Electric Expands Distribution Partnership with Zhongyeda, Supporting RMB 3.395 Billion Pro

April 27, 2026 – [City, China] – Schneider Electric (China) Co., Ltd. has strengthened its distribution partnership with Zhongyeda Co., Ltd. and its subsidiaries through multiple agreements signed in 2026. Under these agreements, Zhongyeda will procure Schneider Electric’s low-voltage distribution, industrial control, and medium-voltage products, with a target procurement amount of RMB 3.395 billion (excluding tax) for the year, subject to actual purchase volumes.
From January 1, 2026, through the announcement date, additional equipment, product, and service contracts totaling RMB 146,600 were also signed between Schneider Electric and Zhongyeda, outside of the main distribution framework. As of March 31, 2026, cumulative procurement fulfillment reached RMB 986 million.
This collaboration strengthens Schneider Electric’s presence in China’s industrial electrical market by leveraging Zhongyeda’s established sales network and system integration capabilities. Schneider Electric’s products supplied through Zhongyeda will support a wide range of industrial applications and help drive digitalization and efficiency improvements across customer operations.
Zhongyeda, a leading distributor of industrial electrical components and system integration solutions, also continues to expand its international footprint, with 2026 plans to explore markets in Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, and Japan.
2025 Financial Highlights of Zhongyeda:
Revenue: RMB 10.797 billion, down 2.44% YoY
Total Profit: RMB 257 million, up 7.94% YoY
Net Profit: RMB 188 million, up 11.25% YoY
Basic EPS: RMB 0.35, up 12.90% YoY
Zhongyeda announced a proposed 2025 cash dividend of RMB 3 per 10 shares, totaling RMB 163 million.
