Yangzhong, China – April 22, 2026 – Schneider Electric and Zhongdian Electric officially signed a strategic partnership agreement at Yangzhong Linjiang Industrial Park, marking a new phase of collaboration focused on smart manufacturing upgrades, digital transformation, E-house business synergy, and global oil & gas industry expansion. The agreement sets the stage for complementary strengths, resource sharing, and ecosystem co-creation.
The signing ceremony was attended by key executives from both companies, including Wu Xiaoren, General Manager of Schneider Electric China Chemical & Oil & Gas, Lu Jinhan, General Manager of Consulting Business, Guo Pengyu, Supply Chain Director of China & East Asia Operations, and Dr. Lu Han, Chairman & CEO of Zhongdian Electric.
